Purpose Built | AutoCAD LT
AutoCAD platform mostly uses only one core of the CPU for its tasks, so you should get the processor with the highest frequency. For AutoCAD LT best options right now is to use Intel Core Ultra 5 245K for light workloads or for more demanding projects we recommend Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, which have both high clock speeds and a good number of cores for doing other things at the same time.
This workstation by default features the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 265K CPU at 5.50Ghz Max boost. and NVIDIA RTX 2000 ADA workstation GPU to ensure the high performance when using AutoCAD platform. Our standard Be Quiet series chassis allows for virtually unlimited expansion for more storage or horsepower. In it's current configuration this system offers support for up to 4 displays, a plethera of USB connectivity including USB-C, and 5G Lan and WIFI. All Extreme PC workstations are designed to run cool and quiet with award winning airflow and sound dampening material lining. For AutoCAD LT use we recommend a workstation-class video card from NVIDIA. Although GeForce cards are more cost-effective and powerful, they are not officially certified by Autodesk for AutoCAD. This means that if you have a software problem, you may not get full support from Autodesk. That is why we strongly advise using a Nvidia workstation class GPU in any professional setting.
If you are a private user who knows how to use AutoCAD platform, you should choose powerful GeForce cards. You are a power user who does not need Autodesk’s support. GeForce GPUs for consumers offer much more performance for the same price than Nvidia workstation GPUs for professionals. You can use consumer Nvidia cards for professional software with Nvidia Studio drivers. For 2D AutoCAD tasks from light to heavy, the GPU choice is not very important. For 3D tasks that are small to moderate, we suggest the ASUS or MSI Nvidia RTX 5070 16GB for its larger CUDA core count and incredible price to performance ratio.
Purpose Built | AutoCAD
AutoCAD platform mostly uses only one core of the CPU for its tasks, so you should get the processor with the highest frequency. For AutoCAD best options right now is to use Intel Core Ultra 9 285K or Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, which have both high clock speeds and a good number of cores for doing other things at the same time. The only times AutoCAD can use more than one core are for 2D Regeneration and Mental Ray rendering. 2D Regeneration is not very demanding, so you don’t need to worry about it when choosing a CPU, but if you do a lot of rending with Mental Ray you may want to get a processor with more cores. In that case, you should check out different Extreme PC rendering workstations.
When looking for AutoCAD, please change the CPU choice in the configuration to Intel Core Ultra 9 285K at 5.70Ghz Max boost and NVIDIA RTX 4000 series workstation class GPU or higher depending on complexity of your projects, to ensure the high performance. Our standard Be Quiet or Fractal Design Chassis (see configurator options) allows for virtually unlimited expansion for more storage or horsepower. In it's current configuration this system offers support for up to 4 displays, a plethera of USB connectivity including USB-C, and 5G Lan and WIFI. All Extreme PC workstations are designed to run cool and quiet with award winning airflow and sound dampening material lining. Also for AutoCAD use we recommend a workstation-class video card from NVIDIA. Although GeForce cards are more cost-effective and powerful, they are not officially certified by Autodesk for AutoCAD. This means that if you have a software problem, you may not get full support from Autodesk. That is why we strongly advise using a proper workstation class GPU in any professional setting.
If you are a private user who knows how to use AutoCAD platform, you should choose powerful GeForce cards. You are a power user who does not need Autodesk’s support. GeForce GPUs for consumers offer much more performance for the same price than ADA or Blackwell GPUs for professionals. You can use consumer Nvidia cards for professional software with Nvidia Studio drivers. For 2D AutoCAD tasks from light to heavy, the GPU choice is not very important. For 3D tasks that are medium to large in size, we suggest the ASUS or MSI Nvidia RTX 5080 16GB for its large video-RAM and many CUDA cores. This lets you work on bigger and more detailed 3D scenes with faster frame rates.

TARS | Chassis
The Meshify 3 series sets a new standard for engineering workstations. With its “rock-face inspired” mesh front panel and three pre-installed Momentum 140 mm fans, this chassis delivers outstanding airflow and cooling performance.

Designed to support high-end components, it accommodates up to E-ATX (in the standard version, up to 277 mm wide) motherboards and graphics cards up to 349 mm in length. It supports front radiators up to 360 mm and top radiators up to 280 mm, making it suitable for custom cooling loops.

It features a spacious layout with cable routing space of approximately 34.5 mm behind the motherboard tray and adjustable drive mounting options (for instance: up to two 3.5" drives or four 2.5" drives in brackets). GamersNexus+1 Front I/O includes a USB-C port with up to 20 Gbps, and dual USB-A ports, for modern connectivity.

The design combines a steel frame with a tempered glass side panel (depending on version) and the signature angular mesh aesthetic — resulting in a sleek, modern appearance that complements any professional workspace.
TARS | Storage Configuration
The Z890 platform offers excellent storage capabilities, allowing for high-speed data access and large storage capacity. The platform supports both traditional hard drives and solid-state drives (SSDs), allowing users to choose the type of storage that best suits their needs.
For those who prioritize speed, the Z890 platform supports NVMe SSDs, which provide ultra-fast read and write speeds, significantly reducing boot and load times for applications and the operating system. Additionally, the platform offers support for Intel Optane Memory, which is a high-speed storage technology that provides near-DRAM speeds for data access, resulting in faster application and file load times.
