DESCRIPTION
Kingston FURY KF560R32RBEK4-128 is a kit of four 4G x 80-bit
(32GB) DDR5-6000 CL32 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 1Rx4, ECC
memory module, based on twenty 4G x 4-bit FBGA components per
module. The module supports AMD® EXPO v1.1 and Intel®
Extreme Memory Profiles (Intel® XMP) 3.0. Total kit capacity
is 128GB. Each module has been tested to run at DDR5-6000 at a
low latency timing of 32-38-38 at 1.35V. The SPDs are
programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR5-4800 timing of
40-39-39 at 1.1V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold contact
fingers. The JEDEC standard electrical and mechanical
specifications are as follows:

On-Die ECC & Side-Band ECC Support

Each  DDR5 R-DIMM memory module supports on-die ECC and side-band ECC to detect and correct data errors, improving data accuracy and reliability.

Registering Clock Driver (RCD)

Zeta R5 Neo series DDR5 R-DIMM memory modules are equipped with an RCD (registering clock driver) to improve clock and command signals at high memory speeds.

AMD EXPO Support

Just set and go. Programmed with AMD EXPO overclocking profiles, the only thing that stands between you and awesome performance is a simple BIOS setting.
